The Sardinian Fine Art

My art is a constant search for a connection between two worlds: on one side the proud traditional identity of an entire people, on the other an absolutely unique and modern style.
The first pictorial adaptation of a novel by Grazia Deledda
A cycle of nine paintings honoring the only Italian woman awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature. Nine canvases that narrate the soul of Sardinia through Deledda’s immortal words, transformed into light, shadow, and gold.

For four years I have painted constantly while travelling, letting myself be shaped by cultures, languages and ways of life different from my own.
I feed on new perspectives from which to observe my land, which remains the gravitational centre of my story.
In 2017, at thirty-nine, I turned to painting purely by chance, and was immediately captivated. That moment marked the start of my self-taught journey. In 2020, one of my works entering the public collection of the Regional Ethnographic Institute (ISRE) marked a turning point in my artistic path.
In 2021 I left my career in IT to devote myself entirely to painting. Today I paint while travelling, from the almond groves of Andalusia to the ports of the Baltic Sea, and my works can be found in private collections around the world. Italian and international trade magazines have featured in-depth pieces on my work, centred on the story of Sardinian identity.
In 2024 some of my works were selected for the Excellent Fair in Rotterdam, an international furniture and luxury fair. In 2025 the work "Custodians of Tradition" received recognition at the Marchionni Prize. That same year I completed the first ever painted transposition of a novel by Grazia Deledda.
